GrowLeader grew out of a mission Pastor Chris Hodges received to help churches break through their growth barriers.
Pastor Chris Hodges hears a commission from the Lord to help 1,000 churches break the 1,000-attendance barrier, and founds GROW® to equip church leaders.
GROW® multiplies quickly, and it becomes clear church leaders want to be trained and equipped in a practical, hands-on way, not in theory.
GrowLeader is created to better support pastors and leaders as they grow personally, so their churches can reach more people and make a greater impact.
GROW® continues to provide resources to over 22,000 churches globally for free, available through Highlands Resources.

In 2001, Chris Hodges founded Church of the Highlands, now one of the largest churches in the U.S. with over 60,000 members across 26 campuses. He remains its Founding Pastor and serves as Chancellor of Highlands College, a biblical higher-education institution that has trained and launched more than a thousand graduates into ministry around the world.
With a deep passion for developing leaders and planting life-giving churches, he co-founded ARC, the Association of Related Churches, which has launched over 1,000 churches across the U.S. and beyond, and he makes all of Highlands Resources available to churches at no cost. He speaks at conferences worldwide and is a New York Times best-selling author.
Lee Domingue is an entrepreneur of more than 34 years. After founding AppOne, a national financial-technology company later acquired by a multi-billion-dollar company, he served as CEO until retiring in 2011, then committed himself to helping business leaders live out their legacy by partnering through their local church.
Lee brings inspiration and practical strategy for pastors and marketplace leaders to understand the significant eternal return on investment, what he calls e-ROI®, that their relationships create to build the Kingdom of God.
